Bio-Gene's Autoclave have inner chamber of S Steel, Boiler, Lid and Jacket - all made of 304 grade stainless Steel, outer chamber of thick gauge mild steel. For controlling sterilization cycle, a three way valve or a multiport valve - made of S.S. is provided. It is supplied complete with vacuum breaker, water level indicator, steam trap and automatic pressure control switch. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular stand. It is available in the following standard sizes. Operatable on 3 Phases, 440 Volts A.C. Supply. Single Phase optional on request. |
The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi. to 30 psi.

Bio-Gene's Autoclave are widly used in industrial, Pharma, Biotech, Mediacal research, Hospital , Diagonostic applications. Triple walled construction, all the three walls are made of thick high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The lid is made of stainless steel sheet. The unit is fitted with radial locking system with paddle lifting device, made of MS chrome plated. Provided with built- in safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve and water level indicator. The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi with automatic pressure control switch, which controls the pressure with an accuracy of +/- 1 psi. Supplied complete with stainless steel basket, chord and plug. |

LABORATORY CEMENT AUTOCLAVE |
Bio Gene Cement Autoclaves are double walled units. Outer body of our lab autoclaves is constructed out of thick sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner cylinder of this Cement autoclave is made of heavy gauge welded steel sheet. Our autoclaves are air insulated from inside, however we may incorporate mineral glass wool insulation in the Lab autoclaves if the customer desires so. The strong lid of our Laboratory Autoclave constructed out of thick steel plate which is lined from inside with Stainless steel sheet of ss-304 grade has a wing nut locking arrangement for locking system in the Autoclaves. |
