1.shaker Incubator inner chamber is made of thick stainless steel sheet (SS-304 grade).
2. Our Orbital shaker outer body is made of CRC Sheet duly powder coated.
3. Lid is made up of transparent see through plexi glass of our Bacteriological shaker.
4. Variable speed rotary shaker platform is fitted with imported DC driven motor for continuos operation in our orbital shaker.
5. Microprocessor /PID/digital RPM/speed indicator is fitted on our shaker.
6. The orbital shaker platform can accommodate 16 flasks of 250/500ml or 25 flask of 100ml or 36 flasks of 50ml. (One set of clamps provided with the unit as a standard accessory)
7. Orbital shaker Shaking platform is provided at the base of incubator so as to shaker Erlenmeyer flasks.
8. The variable speed motor is fitted outside inner chamber, at the base of the orbital shaker.
9. The complete unit is mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame on our shaker incubator.
10. AUTO TIME CONTROL UNIT: These shakers are fitted with specially designed Microprocessor based pid DIGITAL TEMPERATUER INDICATOR -cum-controller with an in-built DIGITAL TIMER to control the temperature from ambient to 70°C +1°C. Once the unit is switched ‘ON’ heating starts automatically and once the set/desired value is achieved the In-built AUTOMATIC DIGITAL MINUTE TIMER starts automatically. Once this set time period is over the heaters are switched “OFF” automatically and the unit sounds a BUZZER, thus alerting the user that process is complete of the shaker.
11. PID control with pulse width modulation for heat control is provided in our orbital shaker.
12. Safety cut out device is provided in our orbital shaker for temperature overshoot in case digital temperature controller fails.
13. The unit is fitted with air circulation fan for temperature uniformity in our orbital shaker.
14. Inner Chamber size at base : 400 x 400 mm, 500 x 500 mm, 550 x 550 mm, 600 x 600 mm.
15. Shaking Platform size: 300 x 300 mm, 450 x 450 mm, 500 x 550 mm.

orbital shaker incubator.
