Freeze-drying (lyophilization) is a dehydration process typically used to preserve a perishable material or make the material more convenient for transport. Freeze-drying works by freezing the material and then reducing the surrounding pressure and adding enough heat to allow the frozen water in the material to sublime directly from the solid phase to gas.
CONTROL SYSTEM OPERATION
Bio Gene machine control system uses a 7-inch TFT LCD touch screen display, which is the Human-Machine Interface. The device is easy to operate, running status can be also clearly observed on display TFT. The system is able to use curve to show the sample temperature, the temperature of the cold trap, and the degree of vacuum freeze-drying curve.
The Lyophilizer uses a variety of stability measures, control system operation is stable and reliable. Over temperature protection and precisely tuned heating technology. adjustment of pre-heated fresh air admixture by air flap control in 10 % steps.
