Bio Gene Tray Dryer is Double walled construction and stainless steel AISI 304 grade steel. 

THE INNER CHAMBER Bio Gene Tray Dryer is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade.

OUTER BODY is fabricated out of Thick Mild Steel duly powder coated.  

LOCK AND ARRANGEMENT 
This door is provided with ball catch locking arrangement. 

CABINET Bio Gene Tray Dryer cabinet (chamber) is provided with a quick locking facility and heat resistant stainless steel perforated rounded corners.

CASTER WHEEL
Bio Gene Tray Dryer The unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels for easy movement inside the laboratory. 

STEEL SHELVES/ TRAYS
Bio Gene Tray Dryer is supplied with 12 nos adjustable perforated shelves fabricated from SS sheets of 1.5mm Thick with rounded corners.

INSULATION The gap between the walls is filled high-grade Glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our Bio Gene Tray Dryer .Double wall with special grade wool insulation of 85mm each side to ensure stable Temperature with reduced energy consumption.

Door Insulation of thick glass wool of 75mm thickness enables better efficiency and heat distribution.

BLOWER
Bio Gene Tray Dryer Fan Motor Blower of 1 HP belt driven Aluminum Blower Fitted on a shaft for uniform Air circulation inside the dryer.

AIR CIRCULATING Rapid air circulation to produce quick temperature equilibration and recovery, when needed Receptacles ,in-chamber, moisture –proof  receptacle  to provide uniform heat for in the tray dryer.

AIR HEATERS  Tubular Heaters With Fins Long lasting Stainless steel tabular heaters with fins for prevention from becoming red hot.

Capacity 1.0 KW mounted on sides Qty 04 Nos on the wall. Which ensure uniform heating due to better air circulation from all sides.

Temp range: RT + 5 to 150°C with LED display with over Temperature safety protection and over current protection and air ventilation.
