Sterilizer JF Series – Advanced Steam Sterilization Systems

Bio Gene sterilizers are manufacturer to comply to European class B standard, this sterilizer also pass the BOWIE and DISK Test and lelix tests for detection of steam & pentration as well.
Our Setrilizers have function for three step pre vacuum drying and depth of pre vacuum with 0.85 bar pressure.
The residual humidity is well below <0.2.
There improved design with B class porocity and hollow tube ensures removal of internal air even at hollow instruments, the steam at high temperature is evenly distributed all over the chamber.
Bio Gene unique disign of this high tech sterilizer also ensure 100% sterilization of cotton as well apart from the instruments used.
The sterilizers are capable to give data output through USB port or can be coupled to a mini printer. The microprocessor based software is easy and operator friendly and menu driven to give ease in operations.

The JF Series is a sterilization unit designed for eliminating bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms from instruments, tools, and equipment. It is commonly used in clinical, laboratory, and professional settings where a consistently sterile environment is required. Depending on the model, it can accommodate different load sizes and material types, including metal, glass, and heat-resistant plastics.

To operate the JF Series, load your items evenly inside the chamber, making sure not to overcrowd it so that steam or heat can circulate properly. Select the appropriate cycle based on the type and volume of items being sterilized, then start the unit and allow it to complete the full cycle without interruption. Once the cycle ends and the indicator confirms completion, wait for the chamber to cool or depressurize before opening the door and removing your items.

Routine cleaning is recommended after each use to remove residue or moisture buildup inside the chamber. A deeper maintenance check, including inspection of seals, filters, and water reservoirs, should be performed on a weekly or monthly basis depending on usage frequency. Regular descaling is also important if your water source has high mineral content, as this helps prevent scale buildup that can affect performance over time.

If an error code appears or a cycle does not complete, first check that the door is fully sealed and that water or fluid levels are within the recommended range. Restarting the unit after addressing these basic checks often resolves the issue. If the error persists, referring to the error code guide in the user manual or contacting customer support is recommended, since certain error codes may indicate the need for professional servicing.

Most metal, glass, and heat-stable plastic instruments are compatible with the JF Series, but it is important to check the manufacturer's guidelines for any items that are sensitive to high heat or moisture. Items made from certain plastics, electronics, or delicate materials may not be suitable for standard sterilization cycles and could require alternative methods. Always confirm compatibility before placing an item in the chamber to avoid damage to the instrument or the unit.
